The award goes to the company, not the airport

A traveller books through a company long before they reach the airport. Flyoneers judges that company: how it presents, sells and manages the service.

What the jury judges

  • How the company presents the service to travellers
  • How it sells and takes bookings
  • How it manages reservations and changes
  • The range of airports and services it offers
  • Its technology, support and customer results

What it does not judge

  • The physical quality of a single airport
  • The speed or layout of a security lane
  • The performance of a single airport team

Any company that sells, delivers or manages airport services can enter

  • Airport services marketplaces and booking platforms
  • Airport travel apps and planning tools
  • Travel technology and innovation companies
  • Airport travel guide and content publishers
  • Airport dining and shopping guide publishers
  • Blog
  • Airport travel information websites
  • Airport transfer service companies
  • Airport parking service companies
  • Airport hotel booking platforms
  • Accessible travel resource providers
  • Family travel resource providers
  • B2B airport service providers
  • Global airport service distributors

A company that works in more than one area can enter more than one category.

What the jury looks at

Ten areas apply to every entry. Each family adds its own points.

Common questions

Who can enter Flyoneers?

Any company that sells, provides, distributes or manages airport passenger services. That includes booking platforms, service providers, marketplaces, B2B and white-label suppliers, travel technology companies, and travel blogs and independent publishers that write about airports.

Does the award go to the airport or the company?

No. Flyoneers recognises the company that sells, delivers or manages the service. It does not judge the physical quality of an airport facility, a security lane or a single airport team.

Can we enter more than one category?

Yes. If your company works in more than one area, choose every category that fits. Each category is assessed on its own criteria.
